The property
Wake up to stunning Aegean views and unforgettable sunsets at Artemis’ cozy, fully equipped hillside home with a view of Antiparos. Just 15–20 minutes from the port and Parikia, you’ll enjoy both peaceful privacy and access to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. A car or ATV is required, as the house sits on a hill and the final stretch of the drive is steep.
The house is in a complex, offering privacy, since it has its own entrance and parking area right outside. As you enter the house you will find yourself to the groundfloor level of the house, where the kitchen and the living room is. At the same level the main bedroom is also located and a bathroom too. Right above the kitchen you can spot the mezazzine ,where you can work or relax to the built in sofas. The lower level of the house is where you can find the laundry room,a bathroom and a sitting area along with the bedroom with the two single beds.
The house is located toward the top of a mountain, so a rental car is highly recommended. While taxi's will come up, it is not always convenient for getting around the island. Be aware, the hill is somewhat steep to get to the series of homes. This is a house out of the way of the hustle and bustle with a view and a sunset like no other.
